Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a Staff-level Infrastructure Architect to support the design, documentation, and improvement of our enterprise infrastructure architecture across applications, networking, data, and hybrid environments. You will help ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with company standards.

• Support the creation and maintenance of reference architectures (apps, network, data, identity, observability, backup/DR).

• Assist in producing HLD/LLD and reviewing designs for new or updated applications.

• Help define non-functional requirements (SLO/SLI, latency, RTO/RPO, scalability).

• Work with DevOps/Platform teams on CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes, and container standards.

• Collaborate with Security to integrate RBAC, logging, and required controls.

• Support observability and reliability practices (metrics/logs/traces, canary/blue-green).

• Contribute to data architecture work (PostgreSQL HA, PITR, replication).

• Maintain architecture guardrails (naming/tagging, IaC alignment, CMDB updates).

• Participate in architecture reviews, documentation, and post-incident improvements.

• 2–3+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering.

• Understanding of basic HA/DR concepts, RTO/RPO, and availability targets.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (segmentation, routing, VPN) and application delivery basics.

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server operations and security/hardening basics.

• Exposure to Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD, and GitOps workflows.

• Basic IaC experience (Terraform/Ansible).

• Ability to write simple HLD/LLD and update architecture documentation.
