Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operational / IT Support
Good understanding of server, network, and operating system management (Windows/Linux)
Basic knowledge of system security and data backup procedures
Experienced in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure
Ensure IT systems operate smoothly and reliably
Monitor servers, networks, and operational applications
Handle troubleshooting for systems, networks, and IT equipment
Perform regular data backups and maintain system security
Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams regarding operational needs
