System Analyst
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, design effective systems, and ensure smooth implementation of technological solutions that align with company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and design effective solutions
Identify, prioritize, and translate business needs into technical specifications
Develop and implement systems that align with business goals
Conduct system testing, validation, and ensure high-quality documentation
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure proper system delivery
Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate system documentation
Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a System Analyst
Strong analytical and system design skills
Experienced in creating : Business Process Flow, Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Sequence Diagrams (UML)
Proficient in tools: Postman, Swagger, Figjam / Draw.io / Lucidchart, Jira, Trello
Able to create and read API specifications
Good understanding of database structures, normalization, and SQL queries (basic to complex)
Familiar with RESTful API integration and able to work closely with developers for API validation
Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum
